Shake yourself morning & night!

Holiday foods, shopping, baking, wrapping and kids out of school.  It can all add up to stress and exhaustion and it shows on your face! Plus, it seems we have even less time to sit & eat a healthy meal. What's the answer.  A healthy, energy boosting shake in the morning and a soothing, relaxing shake in the evening.  Good nutrition = healthy, glowing skin!  We've got one of each!

Energy Boosting Berry Vanilla Banana for morning:



8 oz. non-fat milk
1∕3 cup 1 percent fat cottage cheese
¼ unsweetened blueberries, frozen
¼ cup unsweetened blackberries, frozen
¼ cup red grapes, frozen
½ banana, sliced and frozen
¼ tsp. vanilla extract






Relaxing Bedtime Kiwi Banana for nighttime:


2 oz. tart cherry juice concentrate
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
1-cup coconut or almond milk
10 ice cubes
